First Link Login Issues
The below troubleshooting is applicable for Login issues of the following - First Link, First Place, Success factor, time sheet, LMS Course.
First Link issues majorly occur when a user’s account is expired. Here’s the steps followed to check issues regarding First link, first place, First procure login issues.
Check user’s account is expired either in AD or ISAM
If expired, kindly request for required approvals as per the business standards.
Post which we can reach out to the user and guide them to login , by unlocking and resetting the user’s password.
Majorly the issue must be resolved post the above steps. If still the user cannot login, enquire on their VPN access and if the user is subjected to VPN Access ensure they’re connected to VPN and guide them to connect and check logging in to First link pages.
Post all these steps still user is unable to connect guide them to clear the Local credentials as below:
Post this if the user is still experiencing issues on password/account error this need to be checked directly onsite (might be update issues), So kindly direct the ticket to the respective EUC for further level support, Drafting a mail including considered site support engineer / respective site DL’s.
If the EUC team also finds no issues, then ask the user to send an email to firstplace@firstsource.com.
If the user is facing issue with LMS or loading any courses, guide user to send an email to firstlearn@firstsource.com & FirstPlaceLMS@firstsource.com
