This SOP applies to all service desk staff and covers all activities related to handling user requests, incidents, and issues.
Issue/Request:
When a user is requesting for Krisp or Zscaler access
Solution:
Ensure that there the request has required approval & mirror ID

Access Microsoft Intune admin center within PAM360.
Check for the group name the mirror ID is added as below





Note: If the issue still persist escalate the ticket to EUC
