Unable to launch CATO
Users who have been migrated from Cisco to CATO may log in and find they are unable to open CATO. This is would be accompanied by the error "Cato Client Service is not running. Please start it or contact your administrator"

To fix this, you need to remote into the machine by using Zoho assist this is a free tool, which presently works on open internet. You must elevate to admin to do this. Note: If you lock out the administrator account, you have to wait 30 minutes before attempting again.
Step 1 - Remote into machine
Step 2 - Open Services.msc in administrator mode

Step 3 - Find "CatoNetworksVPNService"

Step 4 - Right click on it and open "Properties" and change the start-up type to Automatic and "Start" the task, then hit apply.

This will then allow the CATO VPN to open and the user will be able to log in and resume their duties.
