We use Physical
tokens for certain processes across the US and Mexico.
These are generally
specialized processes where phone tokens aren't acceptable for various reasons.
These tokens require
both the serial number [printed on the key] and the secret key [stored here: https://firstsourcenew.sharepoint.com/:f:/r/sites/US_Technology_NA/Shared%20Documents/Inventory/Tokens?csf=1&web=1&e=7sp6MA
] in order to add to the system.
These are used by:
D2L [Mexico]
BCBS [Mexico via
Client]
If these are needed
to be updated, just provide our NW team with the serial, secret key, and
everest ID, and they can handle.
If these need to be
updated on the client end, provide the client with the same details but instead
of everest ID, it would be the client ID.
Note: We are also
using YUBIKEYS for some clients in Mexico. For those Francisco Luna handles
generating the secret key and sharing with the client.
