Password Reset Using Azure
- If your Account is active and if you remember the password:
- To change the password, use the below link to login.
https://account.activedirectory.windowsazure.com/ChangePassword.aspx
- Login using O365 login \UPN credentials and complete the multifactor authentication through the registered device.
- You will get an option to change the password by entering the old password and new password.
- You will receive the message once password is successfully changed.

Required two level authentications (MFA) to reset the password. To set 2FA follow the below link and add your 2FA Sign-in Methods

- To setup a new password, use the below link to login

- Login using O365 login ID and Captcha.
- Click Forgot password if you don’t remember your password and if account is locked then choose, “I know my password but still can’t sign in” option.
- Enter the registered mobile number for validation. (Existing registered users)

First authentication: Complete the second factor authentication through the registered device.

Second Authentication: Enter the OTP received on your mobile device.
- You will get an option to change the password by entering the new password and confirm password.
- You will receive the message once password is successfully changed
Password must have the following characteristics:
Password should be alphanumerical with special characters and upper-case letter containing a minimum of 8 character and should not be same as previous 12 used passwords.
Ex: WizardofOz = W!z@rd0f022
